The image of a single leaf

has intrigued me since 1997

when I became a resident in Cornwall and photographs of plants and nature have become an important subject

for my photography.


A lonesome leaf,

a leaf protected by his fellows -

surrounded, guarded,

a leaf back from a long journey...

I have been inspired by not only the shapes and colours of leaves,

but also I want to feel their story...
