II. colour purple
The Chelsea is a forerunner of the horticulture market, setting off new trends in plants, colours and their coordination. For the last few years, there has been an inclination to use purple at the Chelsea Show gardens and this year was no exception with almost every show garden using a range of purples and violets. Colour combinations are created with related colours, such as pink, wine red and blue, or opposite colours of orange.
